    You may place you order online or by phone. Final confirmation will be made by phone along with payment and delivery arrangements. Please place orders as you are making travel arrangements to ensure availability. Breezy Baby  can finalize delivery specifics as the date of your arrival nears. Reserve as early as possible for weekends, holidays, and summer travel. We will always try to accommodate last-minute plans.

    Where do you deliver & what are your delivery charges & delivery hours? back to top 

    Delivery and pick-up hours are from 9:00am-7pm Monday through Sunday.  Please note that we will be closed on major holidays. 

    Unfortunately due to the recent increase  in gas prices we have changed our standard round trip delivery rate to $30.There is a $30 delivery charge on all orders within each location below.  The delivery fee is a one time fee that includes pick up, assembly and delivery.  Higher delivery charges apply to all delivery sites outside of our standard delivery zones. Please call or e-mail for pricing on delivery charges outside of our standard delivery zones. We can deliver up to 75 miles outside of our standard delivery zones for each location!  We do not have a physical storefront at any of our locations and do not allow pick up or drop off of equipment. 

    Washington DC
    Our standard delivery zone encompasses all delivery sites within a 20 mile radius of the 20852 zip code. Our standard delivery zone covers most of the metropolitan Washington DC region including;  DC,  Northern VA, and the MD suburbs of DC.     

    Wilmington, NC
    Our standard delivery zone encompasses all delivery sites within a 25 mile radius of the 28443 zip code. Our standard delivery zone covers Hampstead, Wilmington, Topsail Beach, Figure 8 Island, and Wrightsville Beach.

    Saratoga Springs, NY
    Our standard delivery zone encompasses all delivery site within a 25 mile radius of the 12866 zip code. Our standard delivery zone covers Saratoga Springs and South Lake George.

    What is your Pick up and Delivery policy? back to top 

    Customers can choose three hour time windows during our delivery and pick up hours which are from 9am-7pm M-Sun, with the exception of major holidays.  We do allow pick up or delivery outside of these hours on an as needed basis.

    We will always do our best to accommodate your requested delivery and pick up time windows during non-busy periods. However, during busy periods we may need to reschedule your requested times.  Once we receive your order we will finalize your requested times with you over the phone or by e-mail at least two days prior to your delivery date.  During busy periods we may not be able to finalize your requested times until 24hrs before your delivery date.

    Residential Deliveries & Pickups

    If needed, we can provide a half hour to arrival phone notification so that you need not be home during the entire three hour timeframe.  Also, with the exception of cribs, all equipment can be delivered to front or side porches so that you don't have to be home to receive your order. We can even deliver a day or two early if need be(You will only be charged for the original days of your order) We understand that car seat deliveries and pickups are time sensitive for airport pickups etc.  We will always accommodate your requested car seat delivery and pick up times.

    Hotel Deliveries & Pickups

    With the exception of cribs, all equipment is delivered and picked up from the bellhop.  In most cases the equipment is stored in the luggage room with your order identification on the equipment.  In most cases equipment will be delivered prior to your arrival at the hotel.  Arrangements can be made to set up a crib in your hotel room(depending on hotel restrictions)prior to your arrival.

    Airport Deliveries & Pickups

    Airport delivery and pick up is available.  Please note there is a $5 service fee each way for all airport deliveries and pickups.  Arrangements can be made for delivery/pick up at he following airport locations.

    1. At the arrival/departure outside ramp/curbside for the airline you are departing/arriving on.

    2. On and off-site car rental counters

    3. Airport cell phone parking lot

    Breezy Baby  understands things can change. All orders cancelled inside of 48 hours of delivery date will be charged 50% of the original order. All other cancellations will not be charged.

    Hotels have very different definitions of what a "crib" is. Most hotels will tell you that what you are getting is a crib but in reality it is a pack n play or porta crib. Many hotels use metal porta cribs that are uncomfortable and use thin mattresses that are of not full thickness. They also use improper linens that can be both unsafe and uncomfortable for your baby. Portable cribs are not recommended for children over 6 months of age.

    Your child will already be sleeping in unfamiliar surroundings so why subject your child to an unsafe and uncomfortable sleeping environment? Book a crib with Breezy Baby for your hotel stay and receive all the comforts of home. A safe, comfortable, full size, wood crib will be set up in your room and be waiting for you upon your arrival. The crib will also have the proper mattress and all of the proper linens. By having the crib set up in your room prior to your arrival you will have the convenience of being able to immediately put your child down for a nap after a long flight or car trip.


    Is there a minimum rental requirement? back to top 
    Yes, Breezy Baby  requires a $50 minimum for all orders. Delivery charges will be applied towards the minimum charge.

    What is Breezy Baby's Cribs to GO Service? back to top 

    Many of our customers have taken advantage of the convenience of our "Cribs To GO" service. Just let us know that you would like to take a "Crib To Go" when you place your order. Upon delivery a Breezy Baby representative will kindly give you a short demonstration on how to put the crib together. Our cribs require no tools for assembly and all you need is a SUV, minivan, or station wagon to transport the crib. Book a crib today for your next out of town car trip!

    Baby care & comfort is very important to us.  All of our equipment is bought new, updated and replaced on a regular basis, sanitized after each use, monitored for recalls, insured, and JPMA approved.

    Yes! Please inquire with us about discounts for multiples of  the same item, and for long-term rentals.  We want to help make your family's visit or relocation a breeze! 

    What forms of payment do you accept? back to top 
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks and cash. A credit card number is required to secure your reservation, but alternate forms of payment are accepted at time of delivery. Credit card payments will be charged the full rental amount upon delivery. Please arrange special payment needs with a Breezy Baby professional.

    What are your hours of operation? back to top 
    You may make reservations at any time on www.breezybaby.com. You can reach a Breezy Baby  representative Monday through Sunday from 8:00am until 7:00pm.  Please reserve early during the holidays to ensure your order reservation.

    What other services should I consider besides rentals? back to top 
    We also deliver supplies so there is no need to pack things such as diapers, formula or food.  There is a 25% service charge on all purchased items as well as applicable sales tax for each item.  

    Do you install car seats? back to top 

    Sorry but Breezy Baby does not install car seats.  Car seat rules and regulations for your location can be found in the resources section of our site.


    Do you offer a discount to armed forces members? back to top 
    We support our troops! All armed forces members with proper ID will receive a 10% discount on all equipment rentals. Please confirm your discount when speaking with a Breezy Baby  representative on your order confirmation.

    Should I rent a car seat from a car rental company?

    Rental car companies are not experienced in the use and care of child car seats. Most likely the seats you rent will be of poor quality. Many car rental companies can not guarantee that you will be provided a car seat upon your arrival. Don't get stuck with a car seat in bad condition or no car seat at all! Rent a car seat with Breezy Baby and you will be guaranteed to have an new model car seat and in excellent condition. We deliver to all area airports.
